Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Biohub pages and related services provided by Biohub (operated by Fast Cheap Websites / inStyle Web Design). By placing an order or making payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services & Inclusions

Biohub is a done-for-you “link in bio” / mini-website service.
Each package includes:

• Setup of your Biohub page on our platform
• Hosting for the initial term (e.g. 12 months as per your chosen package)
• Basic design and layout customised with your branding, links and content

Any additional design work, extra sections, complex features or custom integrations outside the standard package will be quoted separately.

2. Content & Copyright

You are responsible for supplying all text, links, images, logos and branding you want on your Biohub page. You must have permission to use any content you provide, including photos, graphics, logos, music and text. By providing content, you confirm you have the right to use it and you indemnify us against any claims related to copyright or misuse of content. You retain ownership of your content. We do not claim copyright over your text, images or branding. Optional AI content writing and image suggestions may be offered; these are for your use and review, and any extra work beyond the package inclusions may incur additional fees.

3. Payment, Billing & Late Fees

Payment for your Biohub setup/package is required in advance before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ongoing hosting and any add-on services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. annually) unless you cancel in accordance with these terms. By purchasing a Biohub package, you agree that your services will continue to be billed until you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel. Setup fee and first year hosting are non-refundable as your page is custom built to order.

Invoices & overdue accounts

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and that invoices are paid on time. A 10-day grace period applies from the invoice due date. Any invoice that remains unpaid 10 days after the due date may incur a $100 late fee. If payment is still not received 21 days after the due date, your Biohub hosting account may be suspended or terminated, and your Biohub page and files may be deleted and cannot be recovered. By making payment, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

4. Domains & Hosting

Biohub pages are hosted on our servers and may use: a subdomain we provide (e.g. hereismy.bio/yourname), or your own domain name, where applicable.

If you choose to use your own domain name, you are responsible for registering and renewing that domain (unless we specifically agree to manage it for you). If we register a domain on your behalf, it will be registered in your name or business name where possible, and renewal fees will apply at the end of the registration period. Hosting fees for Biohub pages are non-refundable for the paid term.

5. Changes & Updates

Your package includes a set amount of setup work and/or minor edits as outlined in your quote or package description. Additional changes, redesigns or extra features beyond what is included in your package will be charged at our current hourly or per-page rate. You may request updates via email; we will confirm if any extra charges apply before proceeding if the work is outside the included scope.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use your Biohub page and our hosting for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal content or activities
• Infringing on any copyright or trademark
• Hate, abuse or harassment content
• Adult, obscene or highly offensive material (at our discretion)
• Spamming, bulk unsolicited emails, or promoting spam services

We operate a zero-tolerance policy on spam. Accounts used to send spam or promote spam services may be suspended or terminated without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Biohub page that breaches these terms.

7. Backups & Data

Our servers may perform regular backups; however, we do not guarantee that any specific version of your Biohub page can be restored at any given time. If your account is terminated for non-payment or misuse, your Biohub page and files may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You are encouraged to keep a copy of your key content (text/images) for your own records.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Fast Cheap Websites / inStyle Web Design / Biohub are not responsible for:

• Any loss of income, business or opportunity arising from website downtime, errors or interruptions
• Delays caused by late delivery of content, incorrect details or approvals from you
• Third-party issues such as domain registrars, email providers, social media platforms or other external services

All services are provided “as is” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any service will be limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
