1) Promoter

2) Promotion

“FIRST5 FREE Draw” (the “Promotion”).

3) Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18+. Limit of one (1) entry per person/business.
Employees/contractors of the Promoter (and their immediate family) are not eligible.

4) How to Enter

On Thu 12 Feb 2026, send a DM to @biohub.social containing the message: “FIRST5”.

  • Entries must be received after 9:00am AEDT to be valid.
  • The first 30 valid DMs received after 9:00am AEDT will be included in the draw.
  • No purchase necessary. No entry fee.

A DM is considered received when it appears in the Promoter’s Instagram inbox.

5) Entry Period

The Promotion starts at 9:00am AEDT Thu 12 Feb 2026 and ends when the first 30 valid entries are received, or at 7:59pm AEDT Thu 12 Feb 2026 (whichever occurs first).

If fewer than 30 valid entries are received by 7:59pm AEDT, all valid entries received during the entry period will be included in the draw.

6) Prize (Starter Only)

Five (5) winners will each receive:

  • One (1) Biohub Starter build (done-for-you), and
  • Free hosting for 12 months (Year 1)

The prize will be hosted on: https://hereismy.bio/[businessname]
(or the closest available page name if the exact name is unavailable).

7) Exclusions

Creator/Studio packages are excluded. The prize excludes (unless the Promoter states otherwise): custom domain purchase/mapping, paid add-ons, extra pages, third-party subscription costs, copywriting, photography, advanced integrations, and any work outside the Promoter’s standard Starter scope.

8) Draw Details

This is a game of chance. The draw will be conducted LIVE at 8:00pm AEDT Thu 12 Feb 2026 on the Promoter’s Instagram account @biohub.social.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn. Five (5) winners will be selected at random.

9) Winner Notification

Winners will be announced during the live draw and contacted via DM. Winners must reply within 48 hours to accept the prize and provide required details. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter may conduct a redraw to select a replacement winner.

10) Page Name Availability

If the requested /businessname is unavailable, too long, or inappropriate, the Promoter will offer reasonable alternative page names.

11) Privacy

Entry details will be used only to administer the Promotion, contact winners, and deliver prizes, unless otherwise stated.

12) General

The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues (including delayed or missing DMs) beyond its control. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Winners will not be charged to accept the prize (other than trivial costs). Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
